This ship first saw action within the Pentastar Alignment. The Pentastar Alignment is a galactic conglomerate which was created from the various leaders of the Velcar Free Commerce Zone by Imperial Moff Ardus Kaine. The Alignment controls a section of the galaxy named for it, and controls all access to and from the planets, in conjunction with the Velcar Free Commerce Zone commissioners. It has two major factions, Order and Enforcement. The Order faction controls the Politorate, Insurrection, Judgement, and Protectorate divisions. Enforcement controls the police force. The Enforcer-class Picket Ship was designed to be a fast flanking and escort vessel, particularly to work in conjunction with the Interdictor Cruiser in anti-pirate task forces in the outer reaches of the galaxy. The Enforcer is very capable of attacking and defeating small frigates and corvettes, but is not as powerful or large as an Imperial Star Destroyer.
