We show through this alliance that we support one another and recognize the independence and sovereignty of one another. We will support and assist one another whenever possible. Section I - The Galactic Empire Terms and Policies Foreign Policy The Galactic Empire does hereby establish the following foreign policy: 1. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn is an online imperial gaming and role-playing organization dedicated to re-creating the Empire of the Star Wars universe. The GE:ER all in its power to insure the experience is shared with all who wish to do so. 2. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn expressly forbids its members from taking part in any actions to harm any individual or club. Any violators should be brought to the attention of the ISB General and Supreme Commander for immediate expulsion from the GE:ER. 3. Any organization wishing to ally with the Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn must contact the Ambassador and the Supreme Commander. No other member of the GE:ER is allowed to discuss or form an alliance with the GE:ER. 4. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn wishes to keep a healthy relationship with the rest of the Star Wars gamming universe and all clubs regardless of political affiliation are welcome to contact the GE:ER in request of an alliance Alliance Policy The Galactic Empire is willing to make alliances with other organizations for the mutual benefit of both organizations. However, allies must agree to the following terms: 1. Any changes within a active alliance must be brought to the attention of the Ambassador and the Supreme Commander. 2. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn has the right to choose whoever they wish to form an alliance. No outside club will dictate the GE:ERs foreign Policy. 3. Allies of the Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn are able to enjoy the support and talents of our members. The GE:ER offers to lend any assistance such as, but not limited to, wed design, graphics and banners. Allies of the GE:ER are welcome to attend official meetings and utilize our message boards. 4. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn recognizes alliances are a valuable resource for organizing inter-club competitions and thus will endeavor to arrange these to benefit both parties. 5. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn agrees that it's members shall not attempt to solicit away members from an Allied club and expects Allied organizations to adhere to the same. Breach of this could result in termination of any formed alliance. 6. Allies are expected to review GE:ER Imperial Law documents as Imperial Law is in full effect in GE:ER IRC Chat rooms, Message Boards and when dealing with the GE:ER Membership at large. 7. The Galactic Empire, An Empire Reborn reserves the right to terminate alliances at any time, with prior notice to the allied parties. Section II - Imperial Directorate Terms and Policies Foreign Policy The Imperial Directorate does hereby establish the following foreign policy: 1. The Imperial Directorate is a club established for the fun and enjoyment of its members. Therefore, all internal and external policies must reflect this. It is for this reason that the Imperial Directorate shall strive to uphold a policy of honesty and integrity in its foreign relations, while always seeking to add to the enjoyment of the Imperial Directorate and its allies. 2. The Imperial Directorate will not allow members from taking part in any actions to harm any individual or club. 3. The Imperial Directorate will work with its allies to promote the best possible experience between the groups. We will have our ranks open for membership to our allying groups and will encourage our members to participate in the activities of our allies. The Imperial Directorate Ministry Council will provide whatever assistance they can. 4. The Imperial Directorate's foreign policy shall be carried out by the Grand Moff and his/her appointed representative(s). The Grand Moff may alter the foreign policy of the Imperial Directorate at any time, though all allies of the Imperial Directorate will be contacted about any changes made to foreign policy prior to the changes becoming official. 5. In accordance with Policy Item Two, the Imperial Directorate shall never declare an enemy under any circumstances. Alliance Policy The Imperial Directorate is willing to make alliances with other organizations for the mutual benefit of both organizations. However, allies must agree to the following terms: 1. Any organization wishing to ally with the Imperial Directorate is requested to review our club regulations and foreign policy and respect the policies presented by the Ministry Council. 2. Any alliance proposal must be formally presented to the Grand Moff and Prime Minister and agreed upon in its full terms. 3. The Imperial Directorate will in no way give up its sovereign right to choose with whom it allies, regardless of the conditions of relations between separate organizations. 4. The Imperial Directorate and its allies shall always strive to enhance the online experience of both its members and its allies members. 5. The Imperial Directorate's allies shall agree to never engage in any actions that are specifically designed to harm another organization or individual. 6. The Imperial Directorate reserves the right to request changes in the alliance structure or to terminate the alliance at any time, with prior notice to the allied parties if an ally is found to be in violation of this agreement. Section III - Signatures of Approval Those that sign this document agree to the above terms and policies of both organizations and agree to a formal alliance.
