CHAPTER FOUR - MILITARY COUNCIL PROMOTION ABILITY AND GUIDELINES

While the Military Council has the capability to promote any officer in any part of the Imperial Directorate, excluding the Navy Fleet Commander and Legion Field Commander, it is not recommended as it causes unnecessary interference of the Military Council in branch affairs. However, members of the Military Council may recommend promotions to an officer’s superior and promote their adjutants if they see fit. While the norm for promoting members of the Military Council falls to the Executor, from time-to-time the Legion Commander may due so up to his recommendation ability.
