CHAPTER ONE - INTRODUCTION OF THE MILITARY COUNCIL The Military Council is the ruling body of the Imperial Directorate, headed by the Executor of the Imperial Directorate. The Military Council resides at Gondor Base, the headquarters and administrative center for the Imperial Directorate, residing on the capital planet of Daltar. The Military Council is split up into many different spheres to assure complete and adequate command of the many divisions within the Imperial Directorate. The Military Council makes all decisions affecting the entire Imperial Directorate, and they as a whole are responsible for ensuring that the Imperial Directorate is active and runs smoothly.
