Shadow Trooper Armor Mk. II – 25,000 ICs
Originally designed and created by Desaan, this armor provided Force-sensitive Dark Side fighters with unmatched protection in its time. Desaan invented a means by which the Cortosis Weave and a specially designed armor could be interwoven to create one of the strongest armor units ever constructed. In addition to its strength, the armor's design allowed the wearer to move more covertly through high security facilities thanks to its ability to confuse scanners and sensors. However the secret to creating this advanced form of armor died with Desaan, and even though attempts to reverse-engineer the armor have been made, only a few successful versions of the armor have ever been constructed. Thanks to recent exploration efforts, the Exchange has managed to obtain a number of these older armor units for purchase.
