Vibro-Axe - 350 ICs
A vibro-ax was simply a standard ax and handle-fitted with a vibration generator that, when fed by a power cell, caused the ax head to vibrate rapidly, thus causing more damage to a target. Some handles were designed to dampen the vibration effect for the user. These weapons were capable of easily decapitating most humanoid species with a single blow.
