CHAPTER SEVEN - POSITION PRE-REQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS

In order to ensure that qualified officers are appointed to command positions, the Executor has outlined specific training and rank requirements that must be met in order to qualify for higher position. In some cases the Military Council may decide that a position needs to be filled and may appoint someone that hasn't yet met all of the requirements. In those instances the newly appointed officer will have a 2-3 week time period in which to complete the requirements for the new position, or they may face removal or replacement.

If an officer is appointed to a position that requires them to jump ahead of other positions, then they must also complete the position requirements for all positions below their newly appointed position. For example, if you are a Trooper and are appointed to an Platoon Commander position, then you must also complete the requirements for the Squad Leader position in addition to the Platoon Commander position. Typically an officer is expected to have the mandatory courses completed within two weeks of appointment to a command position, if the courses have not already been previously completed prior to appointment.

**Note: The Executor reserves the right to modify the position requirements at any time, with consideration to any rank, course training, or other changes that may affect those listed below.
